Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at:

Note: Rural addresses may experience slight delays. All parcels include tracking.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At TONIC CO. your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with the product you received, please reach out to us — we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue. For health and safety reasons, please understand that we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
