Online orders are placed securely via our website with full payment required at checkout.
In-person payments at markets may be made by cash, card, or mobile payment. Receipts are available on request.

• Online orders ship domestically and internationally with shipping fees calculated at checkout.

• In-person purchases are collected on-site.
  We are not liable for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or third parties.

1. Returns & Refunds
   At TONIC CO., your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about a product received, please contact us for assistance.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

We offer refunds on unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• The return is initiated within 14 days of purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
